Qual-Craft 2470 Corner Buddy Ladder Stabilizer Installation: First install bumpers on open ends of the tubing by fully seating the rubber cup over the square tubing. Second, Using the hardware provided, install the ladder stabilizer as pictured between the first and second rungs from the top of the ladder. Do not install below the second rung or the ladder may become unstable. The U-bolts should capture the side rungs of the ladder and then the stabilizer. Place the flat connector plate over the two threaded ends of the U-bolt and secure in place with the wing nuts. Ensure that the ladder stabilizer is positioned on the inside of the ladder, between the ladder and the work surface. Make sure the ladder stabilizer is centered on your ladder.
