To reduce stress on the bit, cut an initial groove using a straight bit matching the D1 dimension of the ball end bit. Profile is useful as a ニ_ニ_ニ_conduitニ_椚 for cables, pipes, etc. Can be used with handheld, table-mounted and CNC routers.
